The realisation of the Kazakhstans citizens right for the equal access to public service

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the competitive system on employment of the state posts which, according to the author's oppinion, has some lacks in Kazakhstan. Particulary, the actual legislation about a public service is not co-ordinated with the acts regulating its perfom in the bodies of the Offi ce of the Public Prosecutor, internal affairs, fi nancial police, armed forces. It is also necessary more accurate defi nition of the parity between an employment competition and a reserve in public service, and also it is necessary to remove age restrictions for public post employment.
