Аннотация

According to the author's oppinion, taking into account the developing nanoindustrial scientifi c and technical revolution and an aggravation of world power problems, the power policy should be directed not only on power savings, but also on the assistance for creation of the system of the international specialisation and cooperation in nanoindustry, in "hydrogen economy", on the creation of such system and on manufacture of the new type nuclear reactors, on the organisation of the uniform international power space. The Plan of "The global power safety", accepted in 2006 by "Group of eight", the problem of the power poverty of many countries and the decision on the organisation of the International alliance of the national noncommercial organisations of the countries making and transporting natural gas, the conditions necessary for involving of investments into power projects are specially analyzed in article.
