Abstract

The article considers problems of the EAEU cross-border e-commerce legal regulation. A wide discussion as for the e-commerce is held by international organizations for more than 20 years. Nevertheless, e-commerce legal regulation remains fragmented up to right now. Today EAEU like other integration associations, deals with the growth of cross-border e-commerce trade volumes. In this situation EAEU tries to improve customs legislation in accordance with a new trade economical reality. But the legal basis of the EAEU cross-border e-commerce is not still fully formed. The issue needs to be further analyzed both at the interstate and scientific levels.
