Ethno politics and ethnic relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the initial period of independence

Abstract

The article describes the main stages in the formation of national legislation in the fi eld of integration of ethnic and confessional relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. An analysis of the political and legal regulation of the sphere of inter-ethnic republic in the early years of independence, Kazakhstan identifi ed the main characteristics of the formation and development of the Kazakh model of interethnic interaction.
