Abstract

The paper is concerned with some aspects of the development of the legal mechanism regulating the provision of citizens with obligatory social insurance benefi ts in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus aimed at establishing common social space. The process of unifying social and labor legislation in both countries is the basis of analyzing the issues and determining the perspectives of designing integration processes to ensure sustainable social development of the Union State.
