The topical issues of the legal regulation of the migrant workers medical support in the Russian Federation

Abstract

This paper discusses the problems associated with medical and legal basis of security of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation. A review of international legal instruments, including international agreements between Russia and the CIS member-states, as well as existing federal laws and normative acts regulating the organization of health care workers. It is also considered the main problems in this area, and the prospects for their solutions
