Abstract

The article analyzes the EUs experience and its applicability to Eurasian integration processes. Secondly, it analyzes the division of competences between the supranational and national levels. Finally, it stresses the need to reinforce cooperation at the intergovernmental level with interaction at transgovernmental and transnational levels.
