Особенности формирования инновационного мышления государственных служащих в условиях социального государства

Abstract

The article analyzes the requirements for state and municipal employees, due to specifi cs of governance of social state. The author offers technological approaches to creating innovative thinking of state and municipal employees and improving effectiveness of their activities, approbated in practice of training and retraining of civil servants.
