Abstract

The article is devoted trends and prospects of development of modern forensic examination in the context of forensic institutions of EurAsEC member states on the basis of the existing bilateral agreements of the Community Ministries of Justice for legal assistance. Need to accelerate the practical implementation of the results of cooperation creates conditions make partnerships forensic institutions more focused and systematic.
