Abstract

Basing on the changes taking place within the member states of the Single Economic Space, that concerns the creation of the single conditions for access to the markets that are traditionally of natural monopolies spheres in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, it is analyzed the correlation of supranational and national regulatory mechanisms in this fi eld.
