Abstract

The author grounded topicality of improving the fi nancing of scientifi c and technological development of EurAsEC Member States based on the analysis of innovation and innovative fi nancing mechanisms in Belarus. The author has developed the theoretical and methodological framework of publicprivate partnership (PPP) in the sphere of innovations, including the meaning of PPP for the economic development, the concept of PPP in the innovation sector, its specifi c characteristics, the type and the PPP model in innovation.
