Применение защитных мер в условиях гармонизации политики внешнеторгового регулирования ЕЭП

Abstract

The creation of the EurAsEC Single Economic Space is one of the most important events in the history not only of EurAsEC, but also of the entire Commonwealth of Independent States. A necessary condition for establishing the most effective mechanisms for the organization and functioning of the foreign trade policy in the EurAsEC Single Economic Space is application by its members of uniform measures to regulate foreign trade with third countries. The article deals with the problem of applying protectionist measures (antidumping, countervailing, safeguard) in common сustoms territory of the EurAsEC Single Economic Space.
