Abstract

The article defi nes the role of biotechnological industry in the development of the Common Economic Space of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan is determined from the point of view of international clusters formation, transition towards the new technological structure, specifi cs of emerging business models and role of economic universities in this context.
