Features of the Russian parliamentary political integration in the Eurasian political integration

Abstract

In article social and mental features of the Russian parliamentary political integration are considered. Historical bases of parliamentary culture on an example of activity of the State Duma in the XX century beginning are analyzed. Prospects of formation of institutional structures within the limits of the Eurasian political integration are described. Potential political activity of the Eurasian community is predicted.
