Abstract

The article concerns the development of education and state educational policy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The transition to two-level system is connected with the training of specialist basing on the traditional system. With the integration into the Bologna process, the country introduced a credit system ECTS, students have the freedom to choose subjects. For this purpose, the country has developed a new regulatory framework.
