Abstract

Transparency of frontiers for information streams conducts to emergence of essentially new situation connected with ensuring of national security. The author of article offered the reader considers that lack of complex all-round security of information space of the state can lead to considerable restriction of its sovereignty, and essential weakening of the position of the country on the world scene. Principles and methods of ensuring information security and other major aspects, capable to play stabilizing role in modern system of the international relations are analyzed.
