Migratory processes and formation of uniform Eurasian space

Abstract

In article population shift processes in the states of the Eurasian economic community are considered. It is emphasized that it not simple mechanical movement of people from one place in another, and the diffi cult public process mentioning many parties of social and economic and cultural life of people. At the same time, the present migratory legislation doesnt correspond to real requirements of economic and demographic development, interests of employers and the Russian society as a whole. The author lifts the actual problems connected with regulation of migratory streams, and offers ways of their decision.
