Abstract

In accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan development till 2020 it is determined task of ensuring sustainable economic growth by accelerating diversifi cation through industrialization, innovation, and infrastructure development. The role of legislation in this process is discussed in the article.
