Socio- economic and legislative aspects of the Eurasian Economic Union development

Abstract

The article presents an overview of a number of problems in the formation of a single legal space for the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union. We analyze a number of laws in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia from the point of view of non-compliance of law and the possible convergence of national laws. In particular, in the area of antitrust and competition, regulation of prices for socially important goods, trade and economic activity.
