Abstract

The author systematises conclusions about the main problems and tasks of a modern anti-recessionary policy. It is underlined the necessity of elimination of investment "emptiness" in the economy, of the new structurally functional institutional matrixes creation, of the reproduction dynamics of investments coordination with the dynamics of other macroeconomic indicators, of the improvement of the integrated multiplicative effect of investment projects.
