Abstract

According to the authors opinion, the EurAsEC countries have all preconditions for defi nition of the uniformed, including legal, approach for the quality medical aid, for complex joint law-making decisions in the given direction of social development. The attention is paid to the lacks of isolated activity of the public health services and obligatory medical insurance offi ces and, basing on the St.-Petersburg experience, the possible ways of the medical aid control systems improvement are proposed.
