Legal maintenance of an information technologies use in frameworks of the Eurasian economic community

Abstract

It is noticed, that consecutive realization of the IPA EurAsEC model law acts with a view of the information economy creation is limited by the sphere of the information and communication technologies use in all countries of the Community and by the absence of the legislation which would defi ne the application of the electronic equivalents in the agreements concluded by them interferes. The author underlines, that a prime strategic task is the working out of the model law about electronic trade in EurAsEC and the use both experience of the USA and EU in this area, including in connection with the expansion of electronic commerce development practice between WTO participants. There is presented an information about the development in the number of the EurAsEC countries of the laws and programs for the electronic economy improvement.
