Abstract

In connection with the necessity of deepening, particularly in the sphere of power, industrial and scientifi c and technical integration, the problem of the legal maintenance of the integration interaction of the EurAsEC countries should be solved in a complex way. Proving this conclusion, the article's author addresses to the energy potential legislative regulation analysis in the territorial aspect. It is underlined: 1) the great value of such initiatives, as the organisation of the international alliance of the non-governmental gas organisations (IANGGO), for attraction to the decision of legal problems in the fi eld of national and world power of the business structures functioning in separate regions (first of all in the Russian Federation); 2) the big role of the regional parliaments and governments in the legal regulation of small power development.
