Abstract

The article summarizes some results of the implementation of the joint legislative activity in EurAsEC in the legal regulation of the national economy and integration cooperation. Analyzing the experience of the Republic of Belarus, the author underlines, that many positions of the IPA EurAsEC model laws and recommendations was implemented in national laws. It proves the step-bystep harmonization of the legislation within the frames of the Community and promotes the development of the EurAsEC Customs Union legal base.
