Energy and ecological security. Analysis of the modern concepts

Abstract

The authors consider various definitions and models of the power safety, including the model of the global power safety maintenance, which characterises the approach to this problem fi rst of all from the states of group BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) and members of the OPEC. It is underlined the close interrelations of the power and ecological safety problems and the offers providing decrease of the negative infl uence of the world power on the global ecological system in shortand long-term variants, including on the basis of the global power partnership with participation of the governments of the different countries and business - with a purpose of the development of the «friendly to a climate» technologies in to economy.
