Abstract

Taking into account the MIC role and first of all the MIC of Russia in the development of the innovative economy of the EurAsEC the authors of the article presents the generalised data about the sizes of the scientifi c production in Russian MIC and export of its production (both military, and civil), that has hi-tech characteristics. It is underlined a number of the anti-recessionary decisions that have are aimed on assistance for working out, producing and export of a hi-tech industrial products and on attraction of foreign investments in MIC, particularly on the basis of the international military-technical cooperation programs.
