Aspects of the E-government strategies in the EurAsEC member-states

Abstract

In the article it is noticed, that the EurAsEC countries are not included into the 50 first states of 182 surveyed countries on the degree of readiness for formation of the electronic governments. This situation assumes much more active efforts of the Eurasian economic community member states on coordination and harmonisation of national programs of creation of such governments and on development of electronic commerce. Strategic decisions in this direction should provide the developing of the concept of EurAsEC incorporated information system and the creation of the Agreement on use of information technologies in the sphere of the electronic documentation on the uniform customs territory of the Community exchange.
