The pessimistic strategy of the economic modernization and development of the international economic integration

Abstract

In the article the scientifi c bases of the economic development strategy and cooperation within the EurAsEC frames, that are focused only on the foreign trade integration and «new industrialization» are critically estimated. According to the author, the problems of the scientifi c, technical and industrial integration strategy, the importance of the international programming of the modern technologies use, capital and labour movement in EurAsEC region and in relations of the Shanghai organization of cooperation member states are in essence ignored. The pessimistic character of the strategy is explained by the absence of the serious researches of the consequences both bourgeois-democratic revolutions of new type, and the modern nano-tehnological revolution, that demands a creation of a new system of the international division of labour and deep integration.
