Continuous education through the innovative development

Abstract

Analyzing a modern condition of the continuous education system in the CIS countries, the author pays attention to a variety of organizational and legislative problems, pendency of which prevents the innovative development of the economy and demands the reorientation to the world experience of up-to-date experts education, the developing of the legal base of education, and of all system of higher education institutions and their branches, and also the creation of the transboundary and international education systems.
