The Kazakhstans experience of the crisis management

Abstract

The author analyzes a practice of developing and implementation of the decisions on support of stability of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the program "Road map", providing the reconstruction of the housing and communal services system, building of roads, financing of the prior social projects. The great attention is put to the developing of the national legislation, particularly, to tax and a problem of the consolidated position creation of the EurAsEC countries joining to the World Trade Organization and creation of the uniform economic space within the frames of the EurAsEC.
