Some questions of the co-ordinated social policy: to community of the social states

Abstract

It is underlined, that the social integration of the EurAsEC could be achieved in the step-by-step way on the basis of the conceptually co-ordinated policy. «The concept of the co-ordinated social policy» is developed. Its project has been confi rmed by the EurAsEC Interstate Council in 2008.For the Concept realisation it is necessary the further perfection of the legislation. The authors of the article mark the importance of the separate directions of the cooperation in this political and legal sphere for the social rights of the population maintenance.
