Abstract

The Chapter 32 of the Russian Federation Criminal code, giving the characteristic for 30 structures of the crimes is analyzed in detail. The meaning of the term «a crime against a management procedures», its specifi c, generic and additional objects are defi ned. It is underlined, that the criminal liability for an encroachment on a management procedures appears in the presence of the direct intention.
