Abstract

In the article several problems connected with infl uence of «microhabitat» on the behaviour of people, including a criminal, on the formation of the person is analyzed. Three levels of the dependences defining the reasons of the antisocial behaviour, the intragroup values and norms and their role in fulfilment of offences are considered. The special attention is given to the classifi cation of the crimes and its criterias.
