The strategic guiding lines of the anti-recessionary policy

Abstract

The author analyzes the situation which has developed in the russian economy as a result of the world financial and economic crisis and measures that has been undertaken by the Russian Federation Government for overcoming of its negative consequences. The state of the Anti-recessionary Program measures on the necessity of the economy innovative development acceleration and the conclusion about such way of its reformation at which the risks of other (not innovative) ways of the competitiveness increase would be essentially above the risks of innovative enterprise activity are proved.
