Abstract

The changes in national and world power at the present stage of the economic globalisation are analyzed. In the centre of author's attention - a problem of the national and world economic oil and gas sector development management at the moment of supply and demand changes, growth of costs and risks. The conclusion about inevitability of the international power cooperation expansion and of the further power development dialogue and partnership is proved.
