About the publicity and openness of the parliamentary activity (Based on the experience of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Abstract

The author notices, that the joint as well as the separate sessions of the Kazakhstan's Parliament chambers are organised according to a principle of an openness and publicity of all state bodies. In accordance with this, the interaction of the state with the civil society institutes extends. There is created the Public chamber at the Mazhilis of the Parliament, that becomes the effective tool of law's perfection, formation of legal culture and improvement of legal activity of the country's population.
