Russian Foreign Trade within the framework of Common Economic Space of Eurasian Economic Community

Abstract

The article analyses - on the basis of already accumulated experience - current issues, prospects, and options to improve Russian foreign trade within the Customs Union (CU) while shaping the Common Economic Space (CES) of EurAsEC. It demonstrates advantages of implementing unifi ed system of foreign trade regulation with third countries as well as importance of developing a common customs space for Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia. The author works out specifi c recommendations, suggests taking complex actions to shape trends and priorities both of foreign trade of Russia and of mutual trade between members of CU and CES.
