Abstract

The article discusses the participation of EurAsEC in multilateral conventions and bilateral treaties on international legal assistance in civil cases, concluded in the Community. A brief analysis of the key the conventions concluded within the CIS, used by the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Community, and the study of the content of bilateral treaties in the fi eld.
