Аннотация

The main attention is paid to the strengthening of the exploition of the developing countries by the developed states, that leads to the growth of a radicalism, an extremism, a terrorism all over the world, to development of a narcobusiness network in global scales. It is emphasized that it is extremely diffi cult for the separate countries independently resist to such negative consequences of the globalisation. It is necessary to have systems in which states may participate on certain geoeconomic parametres (similar to the European union). According to the author's oppinion the increase of globalization processes degree of controllability demands to reform the structure of the United Nations, by increasing a role of the international responsibility and international legal certifi cates quality institute, development of the several regional geoeconomic structures that allow to raise global safety and to establish the balance of the world on the basis of its multipolarity.
