On the question of the harmonization of the labor laws of the EurAsEC member states

Abstract

This article refers to the differences of principle of national legislation in the sphere of labor of the EurAsECs member-states and, as a consequence, about the objective necessity of harmonization of the labor legislation in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Community through the development of Fundamentals of EurAsEC labor legislation, which should be the fundamental legal act of the Eurasian Economic Community, establishing general principles of legal regulation in the sphere of labor.
