The European vector of the Kazakhstans eurasian strategy of cooperation

Abstract

The article refl ects the current processes of Eurasian integration, outlines the challenges of the formation of the legal system of the Eurasian Economic Community, the Customs Union, the Common Economic Space, as well as the role of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community to strengthen the legal framework of the Community (by the example of the fi rst court decisions). The article presents reasoned arguments about the need to expand the scope of international judicial procedures for resolving disputes arising from the application of the legal framework of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space.
