Abstract

The article raises the problem of Russias transition to the information society. The authors identify and analyze major trends that identify the dynamics and the rate of its formation, including: infrastructure and computerization of branches, forming a system of open government and good governance using ICT. Showing the main directions of modernization reforms in the system of interaction between the government and the people associated with the updating of information and communication sector.
