Создание международных резервных активов ЕЭП в контексте формирования евразийского полюса экономической силы

Abstract

The article substantiates a necessity of creation within the Eurasian Single economic space a new class of investment tools - supranational bonds. Creation of such fi nancial assets is dictated by logic of development of integration within CES, need of investment appeal increase of CES member states economies, formation on the basis of this association of a new world pole of economic force, and also creation of own reserve assets as a reliable alternative of current reserves, represented the state bonds of the developed countries burdened with excessive debts and having low providing with reserves.
