The questions of the development policy within the frames of globalization of the large cities international cooperation

Abstract

The authors analyze additional possibilities of the innovative development acceleration, connected with the cooperation of large cities - the centres of manufacture, science, education, proceeding from a conclusion of the importance of the complex system approach to the decision of all problems of the international cooperation in the globalisation economy. Such display of a policy of the city governments and parliaments, as the organisation of cooperation in the form of distribution of the best practices of the cities development management is considered, in particular, it concerns the hiring of foreign workers, the international ecological specifi cations, expansion of functions of municipal controls. The experience of Shanghai, Milan, other megacities, the practice of the organisation of the international labour migration is analyzed. It is made the conclusion about expediency of creation of the Euroasian migration centre.
