Abstract

The author concerns the problems of the overall- Eurasian cooperation, analyzing the results of the cooperation with the OSCE and the parliament and government actions on the Kazakhstan presidency offers realisation in 2010. It is emphasized the importance of the national program "The Way to Europe" (2009 - 2011), the improvement of the legal base in Kazakhstan in the sphere of the elective legislation, the legislation on parties, local government, mass media for the decision of the given problem, creation of a civil society and activization of the international economic, ecological and military-political cooperation in Eurasia.
