About the parliamentary measurement of the integration processes on the post-soviet territory in the light of the Concept of the Russian foreign policy

Abstract

There are presented main results of the parliamentary hearings, which have taken place in Moscow on February, 12th, 2009, on which measures «for an exit on qualitatively new level» of the integration have been offered, taking into account the Strategy of economic development of the CIS approved in November, 2008 till 2020. It is underlined, that the deputies of the parliaments «sometimes forget about mutual obligations» of their countries, do not use full possibilities of their inter-parliamentary structures and that more purposeful interaction of the Executive Committees of the CIS, EurAsEC, OCST and the Union of Belarus and Russia is necessary.
