Legal and organizational bases of the food safety in frames of an innovative economy formation: experience of Russia and EU

Abstract

In the article the detailed analysis of the Russia's and the European union's experience of the food safety maintenance is presented as the one of the main problems of the modern national and world economy. Considering the legal conditions for its solution, the authors pay special attention to the use in EU and the Russian Federation of the international standards of a control system of the foodstuff safety. Thereupon it is underlined, that in Russia the existing legal base does not provide yet all possibilities for effi cient control its food complex, that it is necessary more consecutive use of the best practices of other countries and first of all EU experience where the problem of the food safety maintenance is solving including an integration basis.
