Abstract

It is underlined, that the development of the cooperation within the EurAsEC frames is the one of the main priorities of the Russian foreign policy Concept and that the new stage of the EurAsEC member-states cooperation is caused, fi rst of all, by the strategic decisions on the uniform market and the general Antirecessionary fund creation. The special attention is given to the organizational and legal decisions aimed on the creation of the general power space in the Community. In connection with this it is underlined the necessity of the "public diplomacy" development, the creation of the non-governmental Eurasian power forum and of the organization of the 1st Eurasian conference on power problems.
