Legislative maintenance of regulation of migratory processes in the CIS

Abstract

The author gives the developed characteristic of the legislation of the CIS countries about migration, underlining not only a commonness, but also a distinction of the approaches to its definition in the separate countries. The special attention is given to the legislative regulation of the inflow of migrants in the CIS, to the legislative regulation of foreign citizens on its territory, to the legislative maintenance of the foreign workers and experts use practice.
