Abstract

The foreign scientists positions concerning the territorial localization of the economic activities, the direct foreign investments development and a competition of the economic regions are summarized and analyzed. It is underlined, that, according to the foreign analysts, the identical competitive strategy in regions could have different consequences, and different strategy could be necessary for the similar purposes achievement.
